INTRODUCTION TO AGRONOMY - cotton

This training provides an introduction to agronomy covering the key concepts involved in growing cotton and how to tailor your agronomy with the latest industry information from industry experts. The course focuses on local profitability through regionally-based training relevant to local climate soils and markets.

Farm staff with a focus on cotton.

DELIVERY

This course is delivered as two workshops with an online farm based assessment.

Workshop 1

• A two-day interactive session including practical demonstrations

• Commencement of farm-based assessment task.

• Introduction to the online module

Workshop 2

• A half-day interactive field-based session on cotton crop.
